General Provisions & Definitions

- "Account" — Your personal user account registered on the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and the balance may be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
242b currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and various other nationalised and private banks). New methods may be added in the future.
3.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all methods. Deposited funds are generally credited to your balance instantly.
3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Additional time may be required for identity verification or security review.
3.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Deposits and withdrawals must be made through a method registered in your own name. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
If creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, organised betting, or any other manipulation is proven, 242b reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and suspend the account.
4.4 Changes to Promotional Offers
Any ongoing promotion may be changed or cancelled without prior notice. Each promotion will have its own detailed terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Commitment
All games on the 242b platform are operated by approved software providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Microgaming. These providers use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensures the fairness of gameplay.
5.2 Manipulation & Technical Errors
Results caused by a software error, network outage, or other technical issue may be declared void. In such cases, the deposited funds will be returned. No player may claim an unreasonable amount of winnings by exploiting a technical error.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

242b's VIP Program has five tiers. Members move up to higher tiers based on their gaming activity and receive weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
242b reserves the right to change VIP tiers and benefits at any time. Wagering requirements for cashback benefits will be stated in the relevant promotion details.
Account Security & Identity Verification
7.1 Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
7.2 KYC Verification
242b may request members to provide identity documents (national ID, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used, where necessary. Failure to provide documents within the specified time may result in the account remaining suspended.
7.3 Right to Close Account
If it is proven that a member has violated these Terms, 242b may close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.
Responsible Gaming

Various sports betting options, including cricket, are available on 242b. The following rules apply to sports betting:
- All bets are settled according to real-time odds. Odds changes after a bet is confirmed do not apply.
- If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be paid out or voided in accordance with the rules.
- 242b reserves the right to suspend payment and investigate if suspicious activity is detected on a bet.
